As always, the Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve offers a incredible location for any kind of romantic shooting. The resort has everything, including luxurious areas for the guests, painteresque natural locations, and a stunning beach.
With this lovely couple, Nicole and Will, I envisioned a session under the century old Ficus tree in front of the resort’s beautiful spa, and a spectacular golden hour finish at the beach. I am happy to report that this session was all that I envisioned, and more!
Nicole and Will were a genuinely charismatic couple. We had such a fun and relaxing evening, and the photos completely showcase their undying love. I know this is an anniversary ‘get away’ and photo session that they will cherish forever.
We started the session at the location of the resort’s Focus tree. The tree’s massive trunk, and think branches made for a spectacular back drop to our couple. It is one of the most visually unique locations that the Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve offers.
Behind the tree, lies the hotel’s Spa Botanico, and its soothing pool. Once again, we had a romantic shoot that flowed perfectly as our couple danced accompanied by the pool and the Spa’s unique architecture adorning the scenario behind them.
After that, we finished our session on the beach where we got awesome shots of the couple dancing with the waves singing behind them, and the light of the day dissipating over the horizon. This is one of the sessions that I have most enjoyed.
