Some weddings are refreshingly different, and others, are ironically, refreshingly classic. Geisla and Jose’s unforgettable celebration of their love, was a classic, and luxurious wedding. The kind of wedding that every girl dreams about having from a young age.

Geisla and Jose’s Wedding offered the best of two settings that have made Puerto Rico a premier setting for destination weddings. The reception was held at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, which offered a classical luxury feel in the amenities on its reception area, as well as a stunning view into the Atlantic Ocean. On the other hand, the ceremony was held in the historic Cathedral of San Juan Bautista, which is the second oldest church in the American continent.

This cathedral holds the remains of the famous explorer Juan Ponce De Leon (who never found the fountain of youth), and even robes from Pope John Paul the Second, which marks this historic building as one of upmost importance for Catholic believers.

Thus, our couple had a majestic Catholic ceremony, which was accompanied by some beautiful Latin Hymns sung by Jose’s sister. Very few ceremonies have been as spiritual as this one was.

The ceremony was followed by some gorgeous shots of the couple on one of the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel’s balconies. This particular Balcony enabled us to get some epically romantic shots of the couple as the ocean waves crashed on the beach side rock formations under the blessing of the day’s final light.

Geisla and Jose’s reception was a memorable one, as a tribute was held for Jose’s Grandfather (who celebrated a birthday), and he couldn’t have been happier to be surrounded by family and friends in such an important celebration of love.
